We at Viper Logic are off to make our first trip to the future home of Viper Logic and we will be taking pictures then return to share images of Thermal with all.

Working to make a dream into a reality takes a lot of work, smart work and great planning with a little luck.

We hope to find what we are looking for in Thermal so we can begin our 2011-2012 plans to relocate into Thermal, California.

Hope you find what you want there Logic. Thermal is a different area weather wise. If you follow the statistics (DesertWeather.com) 95% of the time it is hotter there when it's hot and colder there when it's cold. It has it's own micro climate. We surmise it's because of the Agriculture.

You are correct Old Jim.

And happy Friday my new friend.

There are two factors that we recognize as leading to Thermal being the hottest place in the Coachella Valley.

The lack of (though changing until recently) growth in Thermal and all due east and south the areas that lead into Thermal are un developed and the number one reason is the elevation -120 feet below sea level in our opinion that is based off of the Death Valley our nations hottest spots similarities.

When you head due south from Thermal into Coachella and finally into the Salton Sea region where the lowest point of below sea level -220 to -228 feet what keep that area cool is the massive body of water over 376 square miles of surface area.

Did you know Jim that August though not the hottest month in the Coachella Valley which is July it is however hoit weather that drives the Logic in me. w00t

Now as for our exploratory trip today

Actually we have been researching Thermal for a handful of reasons one being technology pertaining to the climate, and the Salton Sea.

This however was our first day trip into the Thermal region to discover the perfect location to relocate in the coming years and we are really excited about the region and our future in the region now we need to make several more trips but the thoughts are it will serve our overall growth plans and we are in love with the Jackie Cochran Desert Cities Regional Airport.

Good to hear that you got Catnip out of the office for a road trip. It is good for him. I lived in the desert all those, I am not too familar with Thermal, except for the fact it is more desert then the Palm Springs of today. Well, I hope you will find something that will suit you. Keep us up-to-date.

Oh boy good morning David.

We had a great trip to Thermal visited a lot of potential locations even got a feel for the types of people living in the area.

We visited the Augustine Casino and enjoyed lunch even spent 20.00 each in a slot machine so we could get a fix on the general culture.

The airport was the second highlight of our trip the airport really has come a long ways great jets parked at the airport we really envy those Gulf Stream's.

We did take some pictures but they are nothing like what Old Jim takes so we will be returning to Thermal once per month to continue our research into the perfect location right now we are favoring being on Airport Blvd.

Off Friday to Thermal, California.

Logic and Catnip are headed to Thermal in the east end of the Coachella Valley Friday morning for a meeting with some local government people to discuss the Thermal area since Thermal is a town and not a city it is a part of Riverside County and falls under rural.

Now we are back and each time now we visit our future home we are sad to have to return back to (though we love Palm Springs) Palm Springs.

Thermal loves Logic & Catnip.

Life in the desert is great either place Palm Springs or Thermal the valley rocks like last night at 7:00 PM second a 5.0 when the earth quake (actually 2 quakes) centered in San Bernardino County.

Pictures of our trip to Thermal including the Augustine Casino where we had our lunch and meeting with some of the local powers in charge all went well. Cool
