Hi. I am looking to rent a nice 2/3 bedroom house for one month ... mid November to mid December. Budget about $4,000.

Can anyone advise on some good value for money locations? Also hoping to visit at end of October to see before I rent. Is that practical? Been to Palm Springs before but do not really know the area.

Any further advice appreciated.
