And the one place we always goto is LG'S PrimeSteakhouse, located in Palm Springs, Palm Desert, and La Quinta.They serve up the best Rib Eye steak and one big slice of cow known as the Gold Striker...36oz. Porterhouse....Cooked to perfection...Perfere RARE, but I wouldn't recommend any higer the medium or it just isn't steak, but a slice of roast beef. It's 100% USDA Prime!As for salads, well you have to have the Ceaser Salad for two. Made right there at your table. As you know I love food more then anyone in the whole world, tied with Catnip to say the least. I do know a good resturant & great steak. Now I have to admit that I haven't been to LG's this year as living in the PNW, I have to go by the continued great ratings that LG's gets according to the people who Rank Steakhouses in the United States. I am not judging the owner, but the food & service. I have had many of steaks while in the Coachella Valley. Rib Eye is my favorite. The Prime Cut is my prefered...but a great upper end Choice cut is fantastic too!
So keep on eating folks...oh and by the way. The Best Steak can be right in your own BACKYARD Do you know how to really grill? Thank the Good Lord I do, from pracitice, knowing my meats, & having a great grill to cook it on! Now I can have the equipment the the pro's have to make it searing hot, both meat & plate you eat it on so the steak stays hot to the end of your eating it in a regular time setting.
