I was chatting with forum member "Old Jim" via email yesterday & we talked about how much more Palm Springs & the entire Coachella Valley has to offer besides, fancy stores & resturants, golf, parties, ...etc... How about the surroundings... Nature. The desert is a very beautiful place. The floral, trees, birds, animals, the mountains, and so much more. I have to say he is right. What do you think? I happen to love the desert. Nothing like a nice big green palm tree swaying in the wind, the color of the desert floor in the spring time as the flowers bloom, the the color of the sky at sunset.
