I know how you feel... I don't like to frezze my toukus off either Ever since I moved from Palm Springs in 1982, I have been looking for a way to get back. I just hope that you & Carolee can move by 2008, it will be good for you both.
As for Lesley, well I have said it before, you are only 140 miles away, that is one-way for us to Seattle for a day trip, so you just need to grab your sister on Friday and head home Sunday As LOGIC said, you can get the best seats in the house, now that the Snowbirds have left.
